Refund Policy

As coffee is a fresh and perishable product, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been dispatched. However, we understand that things don’t always go to plan. If you're trying Bear with Me Coffee for the first time, we recommend starting with a smaller quantity (such as drip coffee bags (pack of 7) or 200g bag), and if you're not fully satisfied, please reach out - we’re here to help.

We’re a small, family-run business made up of coffee professionals, and we’re always happy to offer advice on brewing methods, grind size, or choosing the right product for your taste. You can contact us at bwmcoffee@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to support you.

All our coffees are freshly roasted and packed with care. For best results, we recommend using the coffee between 7 days and 6 weeks after roasting — although it will still taste great beyond that window if stored properly.

If there’s been an error with your order, or if you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. While we can’t offer refunds for personal taste preferences, we may be able to offer an exchange or recommend something better suited to your brew style.
