We offer freshly roasted coffee in various formats including drip coffee bags, whole beans, brew bags, and accessories.
We do our best to describe all products accurately, including flavor notes, size, and roast date. However, please remember that taste is subjective and can vary based on brewing method and water quality.

3. Ordering
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email does not guarantee acceptance - we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion (e.g. in case of payment issues or stock errors).

4. Payment
We accept secure payment methods including debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other providers as offered through our checkout system.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days of payment, and shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Refunds & Returns
As coffee is a perishable product, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been dispatched.
If you're trying our coffee for the first time, we suggest ordering a smaller quantity. If you're not fully satisfied, please email us at orders@bearwithmecoffee.com — we’re happy to provide guidance on brewing methods or suggest alternatives.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to make it right.

7. Subscriptions (if applicable)
If we offer subscription services, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
