About the Coffee
Dulima is a regional coffee from the mountains of Huila, bringing together carefully selected lots from smallholder farmers across central and southern parts of the region.
Coffee here grows at elevations between 1,500 and 2,000 metres, where Huila’s mountainous landscape, fertile soils and varied microclimates create ideal conditions for slow cherry development and expressive, naturally sweet coffees.
The region has a long history of coffee production, with generations of small-scale farmers combining traditional practices with an increasingly strong focus on quality. Ripe cherries are selectively harvested before being depulped, fermented and fully washed, creating a clean and structured cup while allowing the character of the region to come through.
Dulima was created to represent a consistent expression of Huila - balancing brightness and fruit with the deeper sweetness that makes Colombian coffee so approachable.
In the Cup
Bright citrus opens the cup, followed by juicy red berries and a rounded caramel sweetness. As the coffee cools, cocoa comes through underneath, adding depth and a smooth, lingering finish.
Bright, sweet and beautifully balanced
Fresh fruit and lively acidity meet caramel sweetness and soft cocoa depth, creating a coffee that feels vibrant without becoming overly sharp. Clean, versatile and easy to return to — a classic Huila profile with plenty of character.
