About the Coffee
This Yellow Honey Geisha comes from the Aguilera Brothers, a family with more than 60 years of coffee-growing heritage in Costa Rica’s West Valley. Their farm in Los Robles de Naranjo, located at 1,550 metres above sea level, produces carefully selected microlots known for clarity and precision.
The Geisha variety is prized for its expressive aromatics and elegant structure. Using the Yellow Honey process, a portion of the coffee’s mucilage is left on the parchment during drying, allowing sweetness and texture to develop while maintaining the variety’s delicate floral character.
The result is a coffee that feels refined, aromatic and beautifully balanced, showcasing both the Aguilera family’s craftsmanship and the elegance of the Geisha variety.
