How to Brew

What’s Inside

Convenient doesn’t have to mean ordinary.

Inside this drip bag is Kenya Karii, a beautifully clean and vibrant washed coffee from Kirinyaga. We chose it for the way its bright, juicy character opens up through this simple pour-over style of brewing.

Expect ripe blackberry and crisp apple, followed by an elegant red wine-like acidity and smooth vanilla sweetness in the finish.

About the Coffee

Karii Wet Mill is part of the Mutira Farmers’ Cooperative Society in Kirinyaga, where around 600 smallholder farmers deliver carefully handpicked coffee cherries.

After sorting, the coffee is depulped, fermented for 24–36 hours, washed and graded before being slowly dried on raised African beds.

This classic Kenyan washed process creates a cup with exceptional clarity, lively fruit and elegant sweetness — all packed into a drip bag so you can enjoy it wherever you are.
