About the Coffee
This Grade 1 washed microlot comes from the well-known Aricha Wubanchi washing station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Nearly 1,700 smallholder farmers contribute cherries to this lot, most cultivating traditional heirloom varieties on small garden plots surrounding their homes.
Grown at over 2,200 metres above sea level, the cool highland climate slows cherry development, helping build the clarity and vibrant acidity Yirgacheffe is celebrated for. Careful washed processing further enhances the coffee’s delicate aromatics and elegant structure.
The result is a cup that beautifully expresses the region’s character — bright, floral and refined.
In the Cup
A vibrant and elegant profile with notes of juicy peach and zesty lime, layered with delicate florals and bright berry sweetness.
Light, refreshing and beautifully expressive.
Bright, but unhurried
A cup made for quiet moments —the pause, the page, the gentle morning light.
Let it unfold. Sip slowly.
