About the Coffee
This coffee comes from smallholder farmers in Riripa village in West Arsi, where coffee grows at elevations of 1,900–2,200 meters. Cherries are processed at the Riripa washing station using an eco-pulper and dried slowly on raised beds.
The high altitude and traditional Ethiopian varieties produce a cup that is bright, clean and elegant. Expect notes of juicy blackberry, lively lime acidity and gentle honey sweetness, balanced by refreshing hints of mint and soft florals.
In the Cup
Vibrant and expressive, with layered fruit sweetness and a delicate floral finish.
Clean. Bright. Effortlessly drinkable.
